Important Information/Dates for BRMS Families

If you would like to attend a TSD school, other than BRMS, please complete the Choice Enrollment application for the following school year. Choice enrollment is closed for this school year. 

Parents, please make sure you can access your Parent Portal account TODAY:  Parent Portal

  • If you do not remember your login (it is usually your email address) and/or your password:  hit the "Forgot Password" and/or "Forgot Username" buttons.

  • If you do not hear back in 2-3 business days, please email helpdesk@tsd.org You'll give them your name and your students name/date of birth and ask them for your login/password information.

  • Almost all communications are sent out through email. Please make sure your email address is updated through Parent Portal.

  • You may also find grades, teacher emails, missing assignments, and attendance information on the Parent Portal.

Student passwords will be updated through Parent Portal accounts, the three lead characters necessary for your student's new password can be found on the parent's portal main page. On the left-hand side menu choose "more", under "quick link" click on "student login information".

Student Schedules/Locker Info will be released through Parent’s Parent Portal.  Directions to find student number, schedule/locker info through the Parent’s Parent Portal:  https://www.tsd.org/family/infinite-campus/help 

Transportation:  To see if your address qualifies (or if you have additional questions about bussing), please use this link: Transportation and enter your address into the Bus Stop Locator.  If your student qualifies, you MUST apply through your Parent Portal account to set up your student for bussing. If you do not qualify, there is a COLT bus system available that is free to all TSD students with their school ID: COLT BUS ROUTES

BRMS Athletics   

Loveland area Integrated School of the Arts / Integration of the Arts (LISA) We are a LISA school with classes offered each quarter, usually starting the second week of school.

Please make sure your student knows how to use/open a combo lock as they will have for both their hall locker (inset in the locker) and PE locker (lock assigned by their PE teacher). Lockers come with responsibility and can be taken away at any time due to misuse.

Our Weekly Newsletter is usually sent every Friday during the school year. If you did not receive it, first check your spam. Then, please email your name, students name, and your correct email address to tracy.ubrun@tsd.org to make sure your email is up-to-date and not blocked through the district system.

School Fees:  The middle school instructional fee, along with elective course fees, are added to your Parent Portal account usually two weeks after schedules are finalized. You may pay these fees by credit card on Parent Portal OR by check, cash, or credit card in the front office with Tracy Ubrun.

All students will receive free breakfast and lunch. To see if your student qualifies for Free or Reduced School Fees you MUST apply each year at: Nutrition Services or https://linqconnect.com/public/meal-application/newApplications are available July 1st for each school year. Your previous application expires at the end of each school year. 

Please send your student with a labeled water bottle. We have refilling stations throughout the school.

All students are required to purchase a gray BRMS PE t-shirt the first week of their PE semester. It can be used all three years, so please buy one big enough if you don’t want to purchase every year.

COMMUNITY RESOURCES are updated throughout the year to find some “extra help” your family might need. This is a great resource if you need help with food, utilities, clothing, Wi-Fi, mental health, etc.
