Welcome to the Bill Reed Middle School Library Homepage!

Library Hours & Access

The library media center is open for student use from 8:40 AM to 4:20 PM.

• If they are not with a class, then students must have a pass to come to the library.

 

• Checkout & Policies

• Students may check out two books at a time
• Books may be renewed—stop by the library for more information!
• Lost or damaged books must be replaced, or a fine will be assessed. Families are responsible for the cost of lost or damaged books.

Responsible Reading in Middle School:

We tell our students that if a book makes them uncomfortable, please return it and find a book they can completely enjoy.  Students are encouraged to have discussions at home with their parents about what they are reading and practice self-censorship so that we can all enjoy the books we select.
