BstrongBfit

BstrongBfit is an athletic club designed to empower girls and teach healthy habits. 

BstrongBfit is an eight-week program for all middle school girls designed to promote health and wellness through running with an emphasis on self-esteem. 

BstrongBfit runs from the start of the school year to the end of October, culminating with a celebratory race.  Race is coordinated in partnership with Sweetheart City Racing.

Students are required to attend all meetings, unless previously discussed with Ms. Burdick or Ms. Mazur. Prompt pick up of your child is mandatory, and failure to do so can result in removal from the club. 

More formal information will be provided at our first meeting.

 

For anyone who is interested, there will be a BstrongBfit run in November!

It is $15 to register to run and free to cheer on!
